The articles I write were carefully researched (with reliable sources from Harvard Medical School, World Health Organisation and only through trusted online sites). I also give personal insights based on my experience and from the people I have interviewed (provided they agree to share the information of course).

My goal is to educate and inspire — to help more people understand the benefits of massage, wellness, and living a healthier life physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Mostly I write at home. Sometimes, I go out for a fresh air and inspiration so you’ll find me writing in a coffeeshop, on a train, or in between massage sessions in saunas and hotels.

I did notice that I get motivated to write when I am supported, not only monetarily but also in small gestures, like when people sponsor a coffee for me to help me create meaningful, reliable content for the public about massage, health and wellness.

Thank you for supporting my advocacy. 💛

My massage house in Zuienkerke

A therapy or massage room in an attic space with sloped ceiling and two large skylight windows. The room has a massage table on the left, a small black couch on the right with a white towel draped over the back, a small stool or ottoman in front, a white textured rug, a small wooden side table with a plant, and a shelving unit with skincare products. A small painting hangs on the wall above the couch, and a round ceiling light is installed on the ceiling.
Cozy bedroom with a textured blanket on the bed, a stack of folded towels on the right, and a window with a view of the cloudy sky outside. Green plants and decorative items are placed around the room.
A massage bed covered with a white blanket is in the foreground of a room with light-colored wooden flooring. Behind the bed, there's a decorative statue of Buddha placed on a small table in front of a large skylight window, with some candles on the table. Two woven baskets are underneath the massage bed, one filled with towels.
